This full time Administrator Position is available within a property management company (name & exact location withheld at this time due to company policy and this will only be disclosed at a later stage).

The position is available to start as soon as possible at a monthly net salary of R13620 plus benefits and bonuses working under Alianz Consulting SA.

However, before we finalize the entire process, we require a full & recent (not older than one month) DBS / Background check certificate / verification report as this is now compulsory prior to the final job offer.

A DBS & background check verification report / certificate is an official record stating a person's ******** convictions and more.

This helps us to ensure that we are making the right decisions during the recruitment process.

The DBS / Background Check Verification Report / Certificate should include:

Once we receive your DBS & background check results / outcomes report, we will then finalize the entire application process and you will be introduced to the company within the last week of January 2025 and then start officially in February 2025. (Exact date will be announced within your appointment letter).
