I took my car in to Quick Lane Blue Hills last week advising Daniel that I have a window problem and it's sticking. He said I need a window winder mechanism. We promptly bought the Window Winder Mechanism. They then said the mechanism needs a new motor. R 6,000 later for the motor being OE Type was delivered to Quick Lane Blue Hills. They then said it's good and off I went. 10 minutes later I had to call them back to say my window is doing the Exact same thing that I had just paid R 1,200.00 to them to fix. Then I took my car back to them on Tuesday an hour later. Today is Thursday and now they say it needs a new Switch. They have had my car for 2 and a half days and they don't have a Cooking Clue what they are doing. I then requested a refund from Samantha yesterday and she said she will Not refund the money as they fitted the window winder mechanism. They had Told me to buy this and I did. I Paid for a Job they could Not Do and they Refused to refund the money back. I just got home now and went to lock my door and saw that Suddenly my Petrol door was Open. I took an almost Full Tank to them and now there is a Quarter Tank of Petrol Missing. The staff are Shocking in their approach and Samantha has the Worst Approach saying they fitted the part they told me to buy as if I just buy car parts everyday to replace them for fun when she Knew 100% what they problem was and still Refused to refund even though they could not do the job. ****s and ******* NO STARS FROM ME
