I have been buying from Temu for Years and have had nothing but Excellent Service from them. I have recently been buying t-shirts, cargo shorts and cargo pants. I order online from my laptop and type in COTTON T-Shirts and that's what I get. If you like them looser then order 1 size up. Infact the t-shirts I have been buying have much better printing and quality that I can get here in South Africa. If you don't specify Cotton then you could very well get all Yucky Polyester. It will say 100% Cotton and that is what you should buy for better quality. They do not shrink in the wash either. Their Cargo Short and Pants (Both Camo) are Amazing and everybody asks where I got them from. The sizes are Correct for these. My suggestion is don't order from the phone app. You don't get the same products. Laptop has no free deals but you can see what you are ordering and see the quality. You also get a much larger range of products. Remember you Pay slightly more for Quality but it's still so much cheaper than buying here. I keep 1 third of the order value aside for VAT and Duty but it's usually less. If you order over R 2,000 then the Duty is Higher (Approx 30% of order value). If Less than R 2,000 then it's usually like 20 - 25% for Duty. Temu is currently using CN Express (Fastway) which is Awesome as Usual. I have never had any bad issues with GFS either. I have had 2 orders delivered by them and if they say Out For Delivery then I get it the Same Day. Make 100% sure that if it says Out For Delivery for that day that somebody is there to receive it. Also keep tracking your order so you know where it is currently. Ask for tracking updates and they will be sent via E-Mail. These are my suggestions for a Happy trouble free Temu experience
The WORST Courier Ever If Temu carries on using this company I will Stop all orders to them with Immediate Effect My parcel GE2508235031540 was Supposedly out for delivery on Saturday - The driver asked for me to send my location pin which I did (He Read my Message) Driver was Mokwena from Yucan- Fulfillment Services. He was extremely Rude and told me it would be delivered on Saturday still but did NOT bother showing up Now iv'e been sitting at home all day again as it said Out For Delivery and Nothing has come and now I see WRONG CITY ????? My address is clear as Johannesburg so HOW can it be the Wrong City when it has been in Johannesburg all the time and I am IN Johannesburg ??!!!! This Courier is a ****
I took my car in to Quick Lane Blue Hills last week advising Daniel that I have a window problem and it's sticking. He said I need a window winder mechanism. We promptly bought the Window Winder Mechanism. They then said the mechanism needs a new motor. R 6,000 later for the motor being OE Type was delivered to Quick Lane Blue Hills. They then said it's good and off I went. 10 minutes later I had to call them back to say my window is doing the Exact same thing that I had just paid R 1,200.00 to them to fix. Then I took my car back to them on Tuesday an hour later. Today is Thursday and now they say it needs a new Switch. They have had my car for 2 and a half days and they don't have a Cooking Clue what they are doing. I then requested a refund from Samantha yesterday and she said she will Not refund the money as they fitted the window winder mechanism. They had Told me to buy this and I did. I Paid for a Job they could Not Do and they Refused to refund the money back. I just got home now and went to lock my door and saw that Suddenly my Petrol door was Open. I took an almost Full Tank to them and now there is a Quarter Tank of Petrol Missing. The staff are Shocking in their approach and Samantha has the Worst Approach saying they fitted the part they told me to buy as if I just buy car parts everyday to replace them for fun when she Knew 100% what they problem was and still Refused to refund even though they could not do the job. ****s and ******* NO STARS FROM ME
Buffalo have Totally Improved and are Lightning Fast. Their driver Daniel for the Midrand area always goes Above and Beyond to get my parcels to me.
Buffalo South Africa are ****s and are Useless and Do NOT Help you in any way Be Very Careful when ordering from SHEIN as they Only use Buffalo Their whatsapp track told me my parcel was due to land las night at 11pm. It Did Not. Then this Morning it told me my parcel is on a plane and due to land at 6pm Tonight. Not believing them I called and the SMARMY POMPOUS Agent told me it's still in China and I must contact my supplier and gave me No Help Whatsoever just repeating and repeating telling me to contact the supplier Iv'e Already Paid my VAT and Duty to Buffalo 7 Days ago for BUFZA7KB0848395YQ and now they Don't want to Help even though Buffalo have the parcel Despicable Call Agents who just Fob You Off Date of experience: February 13, 2025
I had a problem with my Shopify store yesterday (Likely my fault) and Ren set up all of my collections correctly which took some time to do. It saved me so much time, money and hair as I was pulling it all out trying to figure what to do :) I Really Appreciated Ren's help and her going the extra mile to sort out my problem For all of you who don't know how to get a person to help all you need to do is tell the AI "I want to speak to a person" and it will take you to a live agent
Temu have Stepped Up Their Game Big Time ! I now change my review in which I gave them 3 Stars to 5 Stars - It's a pity I cannot just change my published review on Hello Peter I buy Alot from Temu for my business and gifts (At least 2 to 3 times a Month) and have found them to be Excellent They ship out within 2 days and even the couriers being Buffalo and Fastway for South Africa are now working Very Well Buffalo had a Hijacking on one of my parcels a few months back and Temu replaced everything Free of Charge Immediately Not only that but the replacement (2nd shipment) still arrived Before the last delivery date My orders are now being delivered within a Week and in fact are sometimes even faster than Local Deliveries - Usually one to two days after the Earliest Delivery Date The quality of the Silicone Moulds that I buy are Amazing and i'm Extemely Happy with the items I buy from them Well Done to Temu !!!
My review is a double edged sword - Some Things are Good and Others are Not...... The Good thing is that they Do Not charge for Shipping and They Do use Fastway as a Courier They however are Alot Slower in getting your goods to you which is part Temu and part Buffalo Logistics When they say goods will be delivered between *** and *** count on you receiving the goods at the latest date Another bad thing is that I received an sms last Thursday advising my order would be delivered in 48 hours which it was not done by However at least I know that my First parcel out of 3 that I paid for IS with Fastway Couriers so I know it will likely arrive Tomorrow They also don't seem to know what is happening when you ask them about your delivery I cannot advise if the goods are good quality or not yet but i'm sure that they will compare to Shein quality wise which is Good Enough for what I need them for The only real way to know if your parcel is actually with Fastway Couriers is to use the Buffalo Tracking Number on the Fastway Track and Trace and then you will know if Fastway has collected your parcel or not yet
