I would like to lodge a complaint I've been with Quickfin in Mitchells Plain for many years and always app**** for a loan.And has been a loyal client with Quickfin and I received disability grant still at the time in year 2024 and turned 60 in December , so Quickfin never deducted their stokvel money also then knowing I will switch over to Pension grant and this has not been the first time money has not been deducted for the loan I keep on applying for at Quickfin in micthells plain.
When I disputed this with them they said the stockvel covers for the loan that was made and not deducted when I started getting pensioners sassa grant and not disability sassa grant any longer.
I have called and been to the Branch as everyone knows me well like I said Ive always been a loyal client. And I've tried to make payment arrangements with them and nothing has come from it.
Now that I want to apply for a loan again I cannot be assisted due to their negligence as this is not my fault now I'm being flagged at the credit beaurus ...Can someone please assist in this matter urgently . Now that I'm really in need for financial assistance again from easypay of Quickfin I'm being declined for something that is not my fault m
Can management or head office please intervene and rectify this for me in order for me to be able to get a loan again please.
The staff at the Branch was very disrespectful aswell using fowl languages with me her name is Wedaad which she mentioned I didn't even pay anything but I have money laying there as stokvel money ..when I changed from disability to pensioner sassa grant . They didn't deduct the money and they have all my information on their systems
Please can I get assistance immediately
