I Had A 8000 loan and i paid R2900 before the company closed without giving clients a notice, and you call yourself CEO but u agree to Maryke that i Must pay R13450 plus R2900 that i paid, and you tell me what, the info from Maryke must have proof. any one with an advise where i can get assited atlist for this company to close or something ,,,,, racists ...Maryke all the time will call me "**** sakes" as if like said no to paying my account. and now she tells she will make my life dificult and that she got the power to add charges as she want???????

I have had a detailed discussion with Maryke this morning regarding your account, she advised me that she has already done summons against you.

I was further advised that you have regularly phoned in since November last year, requesting a settlement quotation and that they have provided you with same. The issue seems to be that you are not happy with the interest being charged.

Please take note that you have failed to make payment as per the original agreement, there is therefore no discount that can be provided to you as the agreed re-payment date has already lapsed.

Further to this, every time you phone Maryke and request a settlement quotation, they are entitled to bill you for this as per the Debt Collections Act of Southern Africa.

I have asked Maryke to once again provide you with your outstanding balance, you are required to pay this, please take note that interest in accumulated on your account for as long as you have an outstanding balance.
