I have a loan with them F480560-653245 and i tried to get a settlement offer because i had financial crisis, they don't even care because even a collection person i spoke to told me that they will keep adding interest while i tried to obtain discount. i was not even aware that i was under debt review that's why borrowed from them and so because the bank was declining me, guys play far from this i will complain here everyday because they even dont want us to talk to their supervisors

Experian comprises our information
Our information is held by incompetence company and compromised. The disputes are not resolved, the call are not answered, facebook chats are ignored and the very same Experian that has our very sensitive information. At this point it will be the beginning of the battle between me and Experian. Either they s**** my information from their incompetence habit and bad handling of our information or updated our information accordingly. The information in their useless database has impact in our opportunities to access credit and so on.

Declined with no concrete reason
I have been banking with capitec for many moons, I trusted the consultant that they will build for me to get access to their facilities if I move to them.. I have affordability and and still get declined and I wonder why no exceptions are made because our situations differ...or I asked for consolidation if can't be approved..no luck i wasted my time ..and will leave this bank they don't care
