Payment towards my loan B472193
I took a loan with blink finance , I made a payment of 2500 and 500 last week , I wrote an email and blink finance acknowledged my payments and told me I should reflect within 3 to 5 business days To my surprise I'm still getting sms's about payment that I made last week , the worse part when you try to call them you get no response the phone just rings , I have no idea what's going on with my account , I am not getting any help or clarity, I honestly don't know what going on with them they're are very unprofessional in my opinion I really wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Blink finance - play far - B381519-589084
I have a loan with them B381519-589084 and i tried to get a settlement offer because i had financial crisis, they don't even care because even a collection person i spoke to told me that they will keep adding interest while i tried to obtain discount. i was not even aware that i was under debt review that's why borrowed from them and so because the bank was declining me, guys play far from this i will complain here everyday because they even dont want us to talk to their supervisors

App**** for loan since 29 December 2025 and till this day it has not reflected on my account. The consultant Roxanne is arrogant and ignoring my emails. Worse this enquiry is appearing on my credit history and no I must make an enquiry elsewhere.

Terrible service
Horrible service I've sent them over 5 emails I've tried to call the call center number does not work they cut my call off after holding for an hour everytime my account is still showing an arrears amount after I settled the account 10 days ago horrible service can't get hold of anyone

Great service from Roxanne Watt
I would like to commend Roxanne Watt for her excellent service and always being ready to assist when it comes to queries no matter how small or big. Very good at her job and makes life easier for you as a client. Overall great 5+ months experience with Blink Finance. I also love that they provide Paid up letters directly from the portal. You hardly need to call in, everything you need is provided swiftly on the portal with timeous communication.

Great service from Roxanne Watt

Worst company ever!!!!!!!
I beg of you, to never take a loan with blink finances. I have been begging them for baking details and even asked an external law firm. They are refusing, they keep on increasing the interest though. They hang up when you call and when they reply via email they only tell the amoubt you owe never the banking details.

When I settled my account that was overdue I was told by their external law firm that I will receive my payment letter within the next 48 hours when inph back they told me 30 days .why is it my problem that i have to waitnon their internal processes. Please do not deal with them ...poor service
