Email address not working and can let me get into legal issues because of this

The legal department send me an sms to email my proof of payment, when I email my proof of payment, they indicate it is urgent and that I will be handed over so I am not sure what to do. The email address comes back with the below, so how do I sort my payments out, it does not work properly & the email address I did add to the email is the same as per sms: "A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:" (ultimately generated from ***) This email account's owner has suspended delivery for the account.

Statement

I asked for a statement and no one helps, no one is sending it to my email, they keep phoning and that is so frustrating, I am not sure what they want to achieve. I want my statement to be emailed to me that is so simple, is there something they are hiding........ This is on my letter on the online app but they do not want to give me a statement and they keep phoning "A "Closed" status indicates the account was paid in full.". Not sure what is happening.......

Afrihost Home Connect PTY Ltd - their support does not help at all, I pay my account and send on every channel my proof of payment and still no one confirms anything, big let down!!!!!!! Anything I query on the app no one helps at all!!!!!!!!!! they even have different amounts and it does not correspond with the invoice they send.

Disappointing service

Bad service. The supervisor put the phone down in my ear while I was still talking to her about my credit issues, she did not help at all!!!!!!!! I have to pay now R700+ for a bad service and someone that was unprofessional and did not care nor helped me with my problem. The first responder said that they will help me to solve my credit issue, it never happened. Extremely disappointing to pay for service that is so un-satisfactory and assistance which I never received!!!!!!!!

Rain - Wi-Fi issue

I never had this issue before, when the loadshedding starts and ends the Rain Wi-Fi goes off and I struggle to connect, I have lodged many support requests and no one has been in contact with me.
