I am writing this email to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction, anger, and disappointment regarding the disgraceful level of service I received at your Jabulani Mall branch. What I experienced can only be described as negligent, inefficient, and completely unacceptable, especially for a pharmacy that deals with sick and vulnerable customers. I was in severe pain and urgently needed my medication. I was instructed to ask my doctor to send my prescription directly to the store. My doctor did so immediately, yet I was forced to wait more than 30 minutes for your staff to “receive” it. This delay was unreasonable and unnecessary. During this entire ordeal, I was left standing and waiting without proper updates, empathy, or urgency. The only staff member who showed any professionalism was Cynthia, and I would like to acknowledge her patience and willingness to assist. Without her, the situation would have been even worse. However, her manager’s conduct was shocking. Despite my repeated complaints and clear physical discomfort, the manager appeared completely uninterested, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. There was no attempt to resolve the matter, no sense of leadership, and absolutely no concern for my wellbeing. After more than an hour of waiting, I was then told that my doctor was “not on file.” This excuse was unacceptable and misleading. When I contacted my doctor, she was equally shocked, as she had already sent the prescription. This clearly reflects incompetence and poor internal systems at your branch. Due to your staff’s failure to assist me, my doctor advised me to go to Clicks. At Clicks, I was assisted immediately and professionally, without delays, excuses, or unnecessary complications. This only highlighted how poorly your branch is managed. What should have been a simple, efficient process turned into a painful, exhausting, and humiliating experience. No customer—especially one who is unwell—should ever be treated this way. Your service did not just inconvenience me; it caused physical distress and emotional frustration. This is, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in a retail or healthcare environment. I have lost confidence in your ability to provide basic pharmaceutical services, and I will seriously reconsider supporting your brand in the future. I expect this complaint to be investigated thoroughly and for appropriate action to be taken against those responsible. I also expect a formal response explaining how this branch intends to improve its systems, management, and customer care. If this matter is ignored, I will have no choice but to escalate it further. I look forward to your urgent response.
I stayed here last 10 years ago and now I am trying to apply I am being told I cant get approved because I owe ithemba. Look, I not a slow pay or struggling financially as I earn 40k gross and I just need a 5k rental. I dont owe ithemba, I put notice, they did inspection and they refunded my deposit in full because I was a good tenant bur after 2 months they came and said I owe them 1000 which they could not explain. I disputed the charges as I had long gone and they decide to black list me without my knowledge and to my surprise Afcho wants me to pay them or they declining my application. This is wrong! Property companies must be stopped! This is now a cartel and they protecting each other without getting the both sides of the story. I dont have bad credit record I don't understand why would my application get dismissed for a 2022 dispute with another property company, worse I have never skipped rent. I encountered such issue with afcho but atleast it was resolved and one matter was concluded with the money reversed and I agreed to pay the remaining balance but I am not willing to pay Ithemba as they cant explain how I am owing them and its been 3 years or more.
App**** for loan since 29 December 2025 and till this day it has not reflected on my account. The consultant Roxanne is arrogant and ignoring my emails. Worse this enquiry is appearing on my credit history and no I must make an enquiry elsewhere.
The company is the worst. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY WOULD A REPUTABLE INSTITUTION LIKE A BANK WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH ACOMPANY. The lady called Mary is the worst person ive ever dealt with in my entire life in customer service. If you know what's good for you, stay very far away from her or you will be black listed. I will lay an official complaint with the bank.
Not sure if I tagged the right brand but hey zi have been complaining about Mr D the whole week. I buy food everyday using Mr and I asked them to stop sending the black Renault lady driver who insulted me and they still send her I am not sure if they want me to deal with her on my own in my own yard. She once came with 2 other men to threaten me and I the following day I went out prepared and unfortunately these soweto boys didn't accompany her. I asked you several times to deal with this issus
App**** for a place on the 9th of february and today is the 18th I am still waiting for the final word from a person called Amukelani. He does respond and will ask you for the same documents twice and make empty promises. I wonder if the application process is this bad how is the service when you stay at these prooerties. I have never seen such a bad service in my life.
Clientele is the worst not advisable to relay on them. 2020 I was arrested and later the complainant decided to withdraw the case and clientele sent me a letter saying the matter has been finalised. 4 years later I found out the case is still on going and when I call them they say they cant help I must go to the ombuds to complain. Why did they lie about the matter being finalised when its not? I left them in 2021 because of their poor service whatsapp line. They are too quick to get you signed up and never willing to assist once you get into trouble.
Dont bother to even complain or escalate your matter on hello peter. I have been waiting for feedback for over a week. Just rate them on move on hello peter and move on, no one takes anything serious here especially if it has to do with money but they are too quick to charge you.
I am still waiting for Jerkina from the diamond to respond to me. She charged me maintaince fee two month after I left, she was no where to be found when we moved out and no inspection was done Can someone call me!
Good day, Thank you for assisting me in resolving my query in less than 24 hours after I failed for over 3 month. I was ready to switch my finance elsewhere until you picked up my call. You have the natural ability to understand and feel what your customers are experiencing, and you are able to meet their needs effectively. You are extremely passionate about service and you take accountability irrespective of whether you are responsible for the problem or not and that's a skill many of us lack. You are a great asset to your team and the company at large. Well done!
