Terrible service
Horrible service I've sent them over 5 emails I've tried to call the call center number does not work they cut my call off after holding for an hour everytime my account is still showing an arrears amount after I settled the account 10 days ago horrible service can't get hold of anyone

Dstv
I added dstv internet to my package it worked fine the first 2 months the 3rd month I started having issues with dstv not loading the data on the 1st of every month I had to call them to load my data every month and when they did load it It was already at the end of the month so I asked them to cancel it coz we tried numerous times to fix it with a manager and they just couldn't fix it so I canceled it and agreed to pay a cancelation fee every month until it was canceled now it is 6 months later and it's still not canceled they keep putting off my dstv package because they say the money I paid for it went to the dstv internet the managers are no help very poor service
