Pathetic service and incorrect listing

I called numerous occasions requesting :

1. Documentation indicating that I took our finance from Quinn with the agreement of the amount I was supposed to pay, yet non was received.

2. Quinn then went and load 2 accounts on my credit profile

3. When I call, all I am told is that someone is going to call me back regarding my query, but nothing has occurred.

I have attempted contact since October 2020 yet nothing is being done.

This is pathetic! Is this even legit?
