The worst experience I've ever had with a business. They are quick to take your funds but you have to wait almost a month to get funds out. Their processes are long and tedious. They wow you to get you as a client but when you want to close your products, they take forever to assist you with no constant updates. You have to reach out all the time. Pathetic. Glad I am done with them.
The consultant was friendly and great. Wished the quote could have beaten my current active policy.
I need help. My salary was paid from an overseas account and so far no issues until now. It's 5 days later and nothing reflects, my bond is going to go off and I'm not sure what is happening. Nothing is showing on my pending incoming list. Please can someone help me urgently. I'm overseas and my private banker has not responded to my email.
I have been battling to close one of my accounts since I left SA and all I have been doing was paying the bank charges every month. And when I use the Chat they are unable to assist because I have to contact telephonically but its difficult as I seldom have cell service abroad. Can someone help me?
I placed an order for Nandos Long street, delivery time was scheduled for 12:55. I called at 13:15 asking for an update and the call got cut while I was waiting for the order confirmation. Shortly after the meal was received (at 13:18). When checking the meal, I noticed that there was 2 missing items from the order (2 quarter chickens), and immediately tried to call through to Nandos Long Street (by pressing option 2), the phone just rang and no one answered after 6 attempts. I pressed option 1 and was told by the lady that someone will get back to me with an update. 30minutes later, no answer when I called again (by pressing option 2). Was looking forward to enjoying my meal as a whole but now I have to wait for the chickens to arrive. Unacceptable from such an awesome team and store that I support as often as I can. (maybe the chicken did not cross the road?)
I've ordered from Nandos many times and have always enjoyed your food until my last experience which I have rated online but haven't had anyone contact me. I placed a online order on the 6th June at 16:40 with a collection time of 18:30 at the Promenade Mitchell's Plain branch, and paid online as well. I decided to go abit earlier to the branch because the other branches was so good, that my food is generally ready within the last 15min. I arrived at the branch at 18:15 and the lady at the till could not find my order. There was no slip and my food was not in the process of being prepared. She quickly went to her manager who found my online order on the PC, printed it out and had the food prepared in 5minutes. I was in a hurry as I had a work shift in town to still get to which luckily I made it. When I opened my order I noticed that my order was not correct. I paid for cheese rolls but got garlic rolls, the chicken was not cooked properly as it was still raw and the flavor wasn't done correctly as I could see that the chicken was definitely rushed. This experience has placed a bad taste in my mouth of which I'm contemplating never to order Nandos again. I will also be removing Nandos from our business list nationwide and will pull back our support as I have not received any response from you yet.
After logging a complaint with KFC online ordering due to issues with my last 2 orders, I was shocked at the quick response I have received. They are really looking out for their customers and ensuring that the best service is given. This sudden turn around is making me believe in your brand. Well done and keep it up!!!
I have been struggling to reverse a debit order that has gone off my account. I was referred to the creditor to get the amount back but this company placed a lock on the payment. I contacted the company and they are ignoring my request in its entirety. This company does not have any contact information for them, only email. I contacted the NCR who also confirmed that this company is not registered with the NCR at all. FNB has managed to get all other payments reversed but this one payment (Thank you). There has to be something my bank can do for me to assist me. Please help!
My mother has been battling for months with the registration of the home, she sent through all the documents as requested by your consultants to move the house onto her name and to date was not assisted. The house still reflects on her and her ex husband details. No-one is taking ownership of her query and not giving her the right assistance. Please assist my mother.
I have been contacted for over a year from your collections department for someone I am not in contact with. I have asked on numerous occasions for my cell number to be removed but every month I get a phone call from your team. When I get asked to be transferred to a manager the call gets cut. Please stop calling me!!!
