Extremely Poor Service

Extremely Poor Service and charged for no wrong diagnostics

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from R2R Auto Electrical Service & Auto service & Repairs. Not only did they charge me for incorrect diagnostics, but I also received no response or resolution to my concerns.

The experience was a complete letdown from start to finish. The diagnostics were wrong, and I was charged for something I didn't even need. When I tried to reach out to the company to rectify the situation, I was met with complete silence. No response, no explanation, no apology.

The lack of accountability and customer care is appalling. I expect a certain level of professionalism and service, especially when it comes to something as important as Auto Electrical Service . Unfortunately, R2R failed to meet even the basic standards.

Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and diagnostics accuracy, I would strongly advise against using their services. Save yourself the hassle and frustration, and take your business elsewhere.
