Hair in food and poor service

Ordered a half a chicken gastby but wanted to change the order to two burgers This was then declined as the cashier said they can't becuase the sauce was added already. What poor service and will not be recommending to anyone after I've gotten so many to try the food out. Very disappointed. Not only this, there was a hair in my food.
