Rabie NEVER to be trusted

We recently bought a property from Rabie.

The contract stipulated a garden budget , of which according to the project manager only % would be spent and remainder would be repaid to us. 3 months down the line, the project manager remains clueless as ALWAYS, trying to hide behind her chaos.

My only recommendation would be to NEVER trust the Rabie brand, they purposefully delay getting back to their clients.
