We recently bought a property from Rabie. The contract stipulated a garden budget , of which according to the project manager only % would be spent and remainder would be repaid to us. 3 months down the line, the project manager remains clueless as ALWAYS, trying to hide behind her chaos. My only recommendation would be to NEVER trust the Rabie brand, they purposefully delay getting back to their clients.

Do not ever buy a property that has been developed by Rabie... ever. You buy a place, pay all the money. Eventually get your property handed over to you via a Rabie project manager or junior supervisor. They blast through everything at a speed so you could possibly miss something which is what they hope. After handover there are snags. Then you tell them via the phone and email simultaneously because it must always be in writing. Evidence. Then they are always fixing here and fixing there. Then this doesn't work and they tell you it's not a developer problem so they are not responsible. but they are. at our Annual General Meeting, some issues were brought up and a Rabie staff member who is a trustee tried to deflect all responsibility from Rabie. But! This problem exists because of a design fault initially approved by Rabie. After Rabie takes your money they then hire the cheapest contractor they can find to build your house. Using the cheapest materials they can find on the african continent. After they hand over your house they run off and can never be found to fix any snags.

I bought a place from them and was looking forward to moving in. Since we moved in the snag list has not been finalized. This is due to the work they perform leading to other issues. They repair a wall and leave the cement to cover the windows. When I spoke to them they told me the repairs would be done before December, we are now in February. The last visit they had they said that they were done with my unit and would not come out to fix anything else. I had to urge with them to get back and when they came they saw that everything on the list was due to there team working with a no care attitude. Still waiting on them to finish the work now and at the point I do not want to point out the mistakes they keep making but I have to as this is my home. Should the work be completed correctly I will change this review.

I have moved into a newly built complex called Vermont in burgundy estate. This building was then under warrenty as its was still not complete and had many snags. I had then purchased a new kettle from @home smeg brand. After plugging it into my kitchen plug I saw that the plug was not going in. I tried pulling it out, however it was stuck. I then called and emailed my agency who sent out an electrician. The electrician told me it was a faulty plug they had installed. Smeg won't fix the plug under garentee as it obviously wasn't their fault. Rabies who's the propert owner has then collected my plug and replaced the plug but this has now obviously cancelled my garentee on the kettle due to them trying to fix something they had broken. I had informed them of this. I also told them i didn't want anymore issues as living there has been an issue and lies since day one. I simply want them to replace my kettle broken by them.
