**** artist with no integrity and no care in the world. Booked an urgent delivery for Thursday 1st August 2024. Paid a higher price because it was urgent. The owner then told us after the goods were collected that they had issues with the truck. I tried to call him no luck. Finally got back to me claiming the truck was almost there. Then got told it had not left Cape Town. Finally agreed that he would refund us R4500 and still deliver but by the Tuesday 6th August 2024. Would not return our goods so we had to go with them. We are still waiting and our goods are now only getting to Durban on the Monday 19th August 2024. Rude owner Billy Lightfoot does not stand by his word and can not be trusted. Nothing good to share from our experience and I hope they close down soon. No one should be put through so much stress and rude voice notes. He does not know how to run a company and should be in Jail.
This company does not have any form of after sales support. My account was cancelled and they told me everything was clear. 5 months later I get a bill and then a legal letter. I then finally after trying over 20 emails and calls make a payment only to be told they have lost the box and it is for my cost. NO SERVICE AND NO MANAGER WILLING TO CALL OR SORT THE JUNK OUT THAT THEY HAVE MADE. Will never use them again. Hope no one else is done in like this by this company.
Got a quote faster than any of the other companies and the lady that helped me was helpful and friendly. The team was on time and they worked really well. I didnt have to worry about anything breaking and when they offloaded they put the items in the rooms I asked them too.
The service and support has been great. They managed to get me a bond within 2 days and the rate was below the average.
Great company and the owner is very involved. He is willing to help when able and never one to turn away to issues. His team has changed but the key people are always there and willing to help.
I cancelled my account with them over 6 months back. They called me to let me know everything was correct and that there was nothing outstanding. Then this year they start billing me and tell me that I owe them for January and Feb. I called them and the bunch of idiots working there could not answer any questions I asked. To date no manger has called me back and they have not corrected the mistake on there side. Will never recommend them again thanks to the terrible service I have received.
Very happy with them. They offer great after sales support and always go the extra mile to help. Prices are worth what they offer extra.
My alarm goes of 3 times in the morning. Keep in mind it has not gone of in about 3 months and they dont call till 17;00. They then tell me when I call them that a manager will call to explain everything. This happen in December to date nothing. Terrible service and terrible company. Would not recommend them.
Normally I am ok with them. But having to recieve goods from them is a problem. I ordered something from ONEDAYONLY and they do not have any track of the item. When I try call back no one answers and no one emails me back from the website.
