She has been pestering me for months selling her perfection for lashes. Said she does a 3D picture of what is needed to give you the perfect look. She took pictures of my face and added lashes to it. We agreed on the look . I laid for 4.5hours just to open my eyes and I most cried because I looked as if I was a run away from a hospital. She saw at that moment I was unhappy. Told me to come back by the Tuesday as she will have to see how she could fix it. Then she msged me and told me I need to pay her again for that. I was surprised as she was the one who not only wasted my time but sold me on a lie. She refuses to refund my money which is felt was ****** after lying about her ability.
I bought Ecovacs Deebot N8 PRO+ Robot Vacuum Cleaner. Their policy says to return within 30 days if you have ch aged your mind. My first return I told them the vacuum does not pick up dust at all hence I’ve changed my mind on this particular vacuum. Each time they sending it back to me saying it’s not defective. I don’t want the vacuum because it does serve my need and they refuse to accept it and keep saying it’s not defective. But that’s not the point. It’s not serving my need and I returned it within the exact 30 day time period which they show on their term. I’m allowed to change my mind. But they refusing to allow me to change my mind.
I came in just after 5pm was in a rush and the lady who was supposed to assist me was busy on a call for a few mins. I was in a rush so I asked someone who wasn’t busy Satish paribhoo he immediately made sure I wasn’t seen nor bothered by me at all and sounded extremely rude like some who had a very bad day and I was his dart board. He has things to do he said got up and walked off after saying just wait in a very nasty manner . If rude was a person he would be the meme. I just changed my breaks which I’m sure is fine now but over all that service staff has disappointed me for a 2nd time. You’d think for a brand like Mercedes their staff would be happy to help. But clearly that’s not the case.
Wow what bad customer service in n1 city. One guy was nice Zain. But the rest seems like they on attack mode for no reason from point of entry till paying my invoice. They are rude !
By far the best service and food in Cape Town. They always say don’t eat meat at a seafood restaurant. You can eat just about anything at ***alle and it would still be the best.
Trying to get an account cancelled with telkom is as if you calling home affairs. No one knows nothing or how or what is going on. Eventually in the store I went 3 consecutive months to cancel the same account and only the 3rd attempt was successful.
Two reps came in saying we could get cheaper rates with them. They will take over the WiFi and calls. I said to them we don’t want a contract to start with we would take a month to month as we need to test their lines and know it’s going to work for us. Their company has now been charging us way more money than we paid before and so many hidden cost that they never made us aware of. Each time they came they would just say sign there your things are in order don’t worry it will be the best service. Today we have to call in every week atleast to get our phone lines to work our WiFi keeps going off and on and hardly ever works. We have a pharmacy and we obviously need our lines and WiFi. This company is nothing that they promise at all and now we stuck in a 60 month contact with them when we asked for month to month. Not once did they even send a copy of their documents or contracts to us.
I have gotten a adsl line with Telkom and it has been installed for two weeks now but we only started making use of it in this week as it is a new business. I then informed them that the line is so slow and the lines are very bad so I would need to upgrade the line. They do not offer buyers remorse or allow upgrades without a penalty free of R12000. This is pathetic as it’s not like I’m cancelling or downgrading. Hence I’m very upset for the bad service as their lines are causing issues with my customer service I’m able to offer and now paying for lines that doesn’t work.
Two months ago I had to drive myself out of a hi jack situation. The guys had put rocks in the road in order for me to stop. It was either my life or my car. My car was obviously very badly damaged and looked like nit was beyond repair. My car then took two months to get fixed by insurance. I car had a few small scratches on due to the rocks splattering id assume on the covers of the side mirrors. The front driver wheels was also damaged and many other damages eg oil leeks and engine damage. My car firstly did go for pre inspection prior to this happening. No damage was found on the car. Currently the insurance is now wanting me to fix my own wheel and the little damage done to the body. I've called and tried but got feedback saying that this was not due to the accident. Yet the wheel is so damaged that the pump doesn't even last a few seconds. It deflates immediately. I've called budget who said they will get back to me but they instead emailed the repair shop to inform me that they will not do any further work. Id now have toe my car as the wheel is that bad and unsafe to drive with. Please help as I'm now not sure what to do. I have an access of 10k already that I had to pay today but how when I don't even have a fixed car.
<p>I have moved into a newly built complex called Vermont in burgundy estate. This building was then under warrenty as its was still not complete and had many snags. I had then purchased a new kettle from @home smeg brand. After plugging it into my kitchen plug I saw that the plug was not going in. I tried pulling it out, however it was stuck. I then called and emailed my agency who sent out an electrician. The electrician told me it was a faulty plug they had installed. Smeg won't fix the plug under garentee as it obviously wasn't their fault. Rabies who's the propert owner has then collected my plug and replaced the plug but this has now obviously cancelled my garentee on the kettle due to them trying to fix something they had broken. I had informed them of this. I also told them i didn't want anymore issues as living there has been an issue and lies since day one. I simply want them to replace my kettle broken by them. </p>
