<p>I visited the Gautrain hotel hoping to see my friend who visited from England and hadnt seen in 9 years. To my surprise the gentlemen on duty on the third floor denied me access. I wasn't afforded the chance to call the room number or even wait at reception. What disappointed me the most is I had booked and paid in full for three nights but that did not mean anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm hugely dissatisfied with how I was treated this evening and as a regular with Radisson Blu I regret being loyal to them and recommending my family and friends if this is the kind of service they received. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
