My wife and I booked away for the weekend to celebrate our wedding Anniversary.
When we arrived at the hotel firstly there was a party going on with no one wearing masks and no social distancing.
We get to our room and the sheets where dirty with food the tables stained with coffee.
The manager sorted us out in a new room which we appreciate but that shouldn't be the case in the first place.
Then the breakfast. We had called the front desk and told them we are Muslim and need the meal to be halaal however we were told we need to speak to the chef when we arrive for breakfast.
The chef didn't even know what the meaning of halaal is. The sausages where half cooked. There was nothing but eggs and sausages to eat and they charge you R136 a breakfast.
I think for the name this place carries its horrid I rather stay at holiday Inn express and get better service
