I want to bring to your attention that, was not satisfied with the decorations done in our room and ask for a refund. On 15th of March 2022, I came to Radisson Blu O.R to arrange for decorations in our room to surprise my husband on his birthday, which was on 17th of March 2022.
When we got there on 17 March 2022 we found a few old rose petals, on our bed and the side drawers. I have attached the picture.
My expectation was fresh rose petals on the bed, bathroom with those small candles and on the floor as we came in. I do this for my husband every year and I have never seen something like this:-( I have attached a picture of the bed with decoration.
I brought this to Bertha's attention on 18 March 2022 as we were checking out and she asked me to send her the picture on WhatsApp. I haven't heard from her since that day.
Your response with this regards is highly appreciated.
This is email sent to them on 23 March 2022 and I haven't heard from them or Bertha.
