Radisson Blu Spa Disgust

I have had the absolute worst experience with the above mentioned place. I had an appointment at this Spa and on the day of my appointment it was cancelled. When calling to find out why this was cancelled the manager advised new ownership has taken place and the voucher purchased is moot. When asked what is to happen now I was told by the manager it is not her problem and the phone was put down in my ear. I am mortified by the rudeness I encountered and by the way I was treated.
