Ludicrous Pricing for simple!
28th November 2020 - We paid R1800 for a 1 NIGHT Stay to get a room with what Radisson Red calls a Mountain View. I asked the lady at reception for a room with a balcony, and we were told none was available when we checked in. Minutes later a friend of ours checked in and got a room with a balcony for R1300.. Then getting stuck on the 1st floor in the lift was no joke as I am claustrophobic. It wasn't for long but it was long enough!
Expired Milk in my room!! Dated 06/11/20
We were told breakfast would be on the rooftop, but when we got there, we were then sent down to the restaurant.. Very disappointed with that part of the morning, no doubt breakfast we GREAT but would've given it a better rating if it was on the rooftop as advised.
