I highly recommend Ragland. The customer experience is outstanding from start to finish—searching for products, placing orders, and receiving shipments is both effortless and efficient. They maintain an impressive fabric selection with very reasonable pricing. #Blackfriday

Ragland Exceptional online store service and delivery communication.
Exceptional service received from your online store division. Your constant communication as to where my package is, is also exceptional and very well liked. You are definitely now my number one online store for all my fabric needs. I live on the west coast and received my material in record time saving me petrol to drive to the nearest material store which is 33km away.

Appalling customer service
Spent over an hour at Raglands this afternoon. Between 4 shop assistants we finally left with fabric for one set of curtains. The shop assistants seemed more interested in having conversations with each other than helping us. Quite simply appalling customer service. Will not repeat the experience.
