Consider removing "help" from business name
When the 'manager's' attitude is rude and abusive, that kind of provides the answer as to why the drivers behave the way they do. 22 Jan 2026. Approx 15.45. Flat bed towing truck registration number 460FST GP showing blatant disregard for rules of the road and public. Turned right from the far left lane into oncoming traffic, proceeded to merge onto the grayston onramp Called number 0800127522 as listed in First Help Towing website. Johannes basically unwilling to listen and mentioned only interested in making money.

Not a very good start!
We attended the open day at the Greenside campus on the 17th Jan. Firstly, (our) IT presentation started late, there were constant interuptions and due to the classroom that we were occupying at the time was needed for the next presentation, numerous students, trainers, and parents entered and would not stop talking etc. Ultimately, all the parents and kids attending the IT presentation were kicked out to make space for the next presentation. This was completely rude and unacceptable!! I have also emailed the institution twice to get clarity on requirements for the IT courses but have received ZERO feedback. Not a very good start.

Warning to all Travellers to steer clear of Global Visa
Warning to all Travellers to steer clear of Global Visa. They are unhelpful, provide no support during the application process. Management disinterested in assisting when complaints are sent. Communication is nonexistent. Charge excessive agency fees for doing absolutely nothing. Consultant Liyah sent the incorrect forms to be filled in. Supervisor Nadia provides zero support.

Show some care for the neigborhood!
We are living next door to tenants of Seeff Randburg. Not only is the property completly lacking in maintenance, broken roof, damaged fence, mattress and car repairs lying in the back yard, there is an ongoing issue of back yard breeding taking place. Over the years this has been addressed on numerous occasions and it has now reached a matter of severe URGENCY. The dogs are getting loose onto the street and being a power breed, they are extremely aggressive and residents are having to fight them off. We have one again raised this concern with Seeff, and STILL waiting for action!! Have also yet to see Johann du Plooy (manager) reach out for this. Wondering if Seeff actually care about the neighborhood or just rent money.

Selling expired paint
Second occasion whereby a chalk paint that is sold seems to have a quality issue and is past it's sell by date. I am very fami**** with the Tjhoko brand but the branch in Strydom Park needs to check their stock. The paint is chunky, impossible to use and old.

Very expensive!
Took our older very light cat in as an emergency for trauma/shock. She literally weighs 3 kilos. Collected her a day later, with a bill of thousands of RRR's. Overnight stay, some meds and zero X-rays. No-one has bothered to phone to check up on her and I find it shocking what the bill came to.

No respect for neighbours!
Absolute disregard and disrectful towards their neighbours in the suburbs. Multiple residents have complained and complaints have been "esculated", however this appears to have fallen on deaf ears. The cartrack drivers are blocking roads, double parking, blocking driveways, littering, parking in a suburban park, where there is clear NO PARKING sign. Branch in question - Republic Road Randburg.
