No hot water at the gynae ward

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about the lack of hot water in the Gynae Ward at Rahima Moosa Mother and Child Hospital on 24/04/2025 As a patient, I was admitted to the ward for admission.

During my stay, I was shocked to discover that there was no hot water available for bathing, handwashing, or other essential hygiene purposes. The absence of hot water created an uncomfortable and unsanitary environment for patients, particularly in a ward that deals with sensitive and intimate women's health issues.

I brought this issue to the attention of the nursing staff, but unfortunately, the problem persisted throughout my stay. As a patient, I expect a certain level of care and comfort, especially in a hospital setting.

I request that the hospital management takes immediate action to address this issue and ensures that hot water is available at all times in the Gynae Ward.
