Very Bad service 😔

We bought a bed last year August that worth R10999 (Restonic) but we dnt enjoy it we reported the matter where we bought in July now is October no call no message no communication nothing has been done we called and went to the store they promise bt nothing like am decepointed really Soshanguve crossing branch
