I bought a secondhand Rainbow Refrigeration branded heat pump from a private party. The unit was not working as expected and needed possible repairs.
After phoning the offices of Rainbow refrigeration to inquire about the heat pump and getting someone to come out and take a look, I was referred to the owner Robert.
After numerous calls, I eventually managed to get hold of Robert and explain my situation. He mentioned they might have to send someone out to take a look and that I should send him my address information so he could take a look at sending someone out.
I thereafter inquired a few times with Robert via whatsapp (as I was unable to get hold of him on the phone) for any update on when someone will be able to come out. Messages gets read but not responded on.
I eventually phoned the offices back and explained my situation after which Jose took down my number and said he will confirm with Robert about the situation. I again had to phone back the following day after Jose failed to phone me back as promised only to be told that Robert said they are to busy to assist.
A quick reply via whatsapp to one of my 3 messages with this response would've sufficed but instead I had to phone these guys about 8 times!
