Ramas staff are incredible

Ramas staff and service is incredible. Not only do they give you incredible advice inside the store, you are greeted by a staff member OUTSIDE the door, who asks you how they can help you. My microwave needed repairs. I was taken to a back office immediately where I was assisted. The staff member phoned the repair shop to enquire more or less how much it would cost to repair. And then given extremely good directions by 2 staff members how to get to the repair premises. Thank you for making a huge difference to your customers. You’ve been doing that for years and its very much appreciated. You’ve been very helpful and that’s why I support you👏👏👏🤗
