Ramas staff are incredible
Ramas staff and service is incredible. Not only do they give you incredible advice inside the store, you are greeted by a staff member OUTSIDE the door, who asks you how they can help you. My microwave needed repairs. I was taken to a back office immediately where I was assisted. The staff member phoned the repair shop to enquire more or less how much it would cost to repair. And then given extremely good directions by 2 staff members how to get to the repair premises. Thank you for making a huge difference to your customers. You’ve been doing that for years and its very much appreciated. You’ve been very helpful and that’s why I support you👏👏👏🤗

Very good after sales service from Ramas East London
I bought a Samsung dishwasher from Ramas and it was faulty from the onset. Samsung did not want to exchange the machine - only to repair the 3 weeks old machine that never worked. I contacted Ramas to assist me and the machine was now replaced by a new one. Well done Ramas for caring for your customer and doing the right thing. Thank You!

Very good after sales service from Ramas East London
I bought a Samsung dishwasher from Ramas and it was faulty from the onset. Samsung did not want to exchange the machine - only to repair the 3 weeks old machine that never worked. I contacted Ramas to assist me and the machine was now replaced by a new one. Well done Ramas for caring for your customer and doing the right thing. Thank You!

No after sale service!!
Worst after sale service ever! Bought a 65 inc Samsung tv fir R18000 cash! After 12 months there is a problem they gave a contact nr for Samsung and that is it!! Not getting help at all! Will never support them again
