Incompetent Staff at Ramothello & Tsotetsi Incorporated

I’ve been waiting since last week Monday after i made a huge deposit to settle an African bank loan account to receive my Paid up letter from them. Nadia told me that I should have it by wed 16/8, It is the 21/08 now and I am still waiting for my letter.

I have made numerous calls to your office and I get told that the people there are either on lunch or in a meeting. Friday was my last call to their office and was advised that I will get a call back within the hour. I am still waiting for that call bac****
