Always willing to assist, set my mind at ease and going the extra mile with providing information and feedback. Always delivering with a smile and laughing at my stupid jokes. Would 100% recommend. My experience with Homenet/Rentnet Springs has not been a pleasant one . We have had multiple occasions where we have not been treated in the manner which you would expect from someone you want to rent a house through . First incident was when we had an appointment to view a house we were interested in , we drove far to come see the house before we would apply to rent it , almost in Springs we tried to contact the agent to no success , we contacted Homenet Springs and could not get through to anyone there for assistance , we went to the house we wanted to rent , waited outside just for the gardener to then let us know that the owners told him that no one is allowed in the property as the house has been sold in the previous week . No one came into contact with us to let us know that this has been the case and that we should not bother to come through to see the house , just left us to figure this out on our own . When we complained about the experience to someone at Homenet there was nothing done about it and no one even apologized to us that they have in fact just wasted our time and money. Second incident was just a couple of days ago as we applied to rent a new house , since it being lock-down and so on we decided to apply so long for when everything is over and done with that we can move and so on , Homenet let us know that our application has been declined on the basis of us this having an active lease in place till November , Which we have the ability to stop at any moment with 30 days notice , and that for the month of May there was only partial payment ( Lock-down payment holiday ) but we still made a plan to pay for half of the rent since the World Wide Pandemic . When we asked for feedback as to how this can be the case that it has been declined as we have a payment holiday in place , and the lease is not of such nature that we will not be able to move in the lease period . We have till date not received feedback and our calls are not taken and messages are being ignored . Never have I experienced such terrible service from one company , after the first incident we decided to give then another try as maybe this was a one time thing , which is not the case at all and I will never recommend that anyone uses them as they really never put the client first but are fast to charge you 2000 + rand for administration fees . Sickening service from Izan and the entire Homenet Estate group .
MTN needs new staff members that actually wants to help there customers. We waited almost an hour to be assisted. There where two consultants infront, one was busy with a new contract and the other one was busy sending emails. And two other consultants having lunch in the back while the shop is full That is bull****. I use to work for MTN as a sales consultant and I know that you help the customers first and then attent to your admin. Not the other way around. Once we finally got helped she was so rude. This is unacceptable.
I’ve been waiting since last week Monday after i made a huge deposit to settle an African bank loan account to receive my Paid up letter from them. Nadia told me that I should have it by wed 16/8, It is the 21/08 now and I am still waiting for my letter. I have made numerous calls to your office and I get told that the people there are either on lunch or in a meeting. Friday was my last call to their office and was advised that I will get a call back within the hour. I am still waiting for that call bac**** The service from Ramothello & Tsotetsi Incorporated is utter ****!!!!
<p>I have trying for hours to get through to Customer support to sort out my account. Everytime i stay on hold for 15 to 30 min and when it finally goes through the line cuts. My account has been paid but i see it has been paid to Autopage. A consultant told me they can see that it has been paid and they will rectify the problem but the line is still off. I need help ASAP or i am going to cancel my line and move to a different provider</p>
