Unprofessional!!! RAMOTHELLO RAYNARD TSOTETSI ATTORNEYS

Can someone please tell me what is my position. It was around 2011. The municipal bill was in my name. A tenant went to the municipality and opened a municipal water bill in his name without my knowledge or consent. He didn't pay the bill. Now I am threatened with legal action. I was never part of that agreement between the tenant and municipality and had no knowledge of this agreement and never gave consent that the tenant can do this. I kept the bills in my name exactly for the reason that I could track regular payments. Surely the municipality should take responsibility for their own agreements and can't bring me into this now. Had I knew and agreed to the tenant opening this account, thats another story. However, RAMOTHELLO RAYNARD TSOTETSI ATTORNEYS tells me I am still responsible for this bill. Is this true. How can this be? I never get any letters via post. Only regular sms's on my phone. When I called them first, someone who is NOT a lawyer argued with me - heck if you're not the lawyer, don't advise me. Then I insisted in speaking with a lawyers and she put the phone down in my ear.
