I canceled my membership with Bestmed but returned 4 days later due to the high premium medical aids ask when you join and you're not 24 yrs old anymore. YET, after 4 days I had to resubmit a histology report for breast cancer. It took them weeks to issue me a new login that actually works. I went to the pharmacy to collect my cancer treatment - turned down. Bestmed told me the prescription expired - no BESTMED it was only 2 days old. They ignored my email showing them the new script - for a week! Went back to the pharmacy. Turned down again! Bestmed has now decided WHAT medication is best for me - oncologists are beneath THEM and THEY want to make decisions on MY life. WHAT the ACTUAL F???? Well, went back to the doctor to ask for a prescription of what THEY think is best for me. Back to the pharmacy - turned down... AGAIN! - the medication THEY prescribed was turned down by THEM. I wrote them an emai, AGAIN. Until now they have NOT RESPONDED. Funny how well their debit orders work, and their STUPID BOT, and how THEY are just USELESS - like the municipalities of this country! I've been waiting months now for them to come to life. Chances are they will respond with a bill by the time I am dead, and my bank account is emptied. While I am on the topic...The drainage bag came lose after the mastectomy. I went to their emegency centre on a Saturday - it was this or a serious infection - which I actually got in the end. The oncology department refused to classfy it as breast cancer treatment. Nooooo, this was emergency services man. What the heck does this have to do with breast cancer treatment after all. By law medical aids HAVE to treat breast cancer but they will use every rule in the book to avoid this. Here is a prime example! This country is FED UP with medical aids. So much that there WILL show up alternative solutions soon. And I will be one of the first to go.
I've canceled my services 2 months ago. And still you debit my account. Amazing how you pride yourself on low prices and great service yet you couldn't read the email cancelling my insurance and didn't care to raise my premium with with 50%. With their app you can do everything, just not cancel services. Of course that should be difficult, shouldn't it. Easy to join. Impossible to cancel.
I deposited money into a bond account not knowing the Flexi reserve was canceled. Applied for reactivation. My branch said it will take 5 days. Yeah right. It's now 16 days and still waiting. This is a R300k bond. I'll have no trouble securing a bond elsewhere for a house worth R1.6m in order to gain access to the excess funds. Let me know if this is what you prefer. If I don't get action very soon, I'll assume you don't care
After I complained about my account being blocked due to FICA we now stand at 7 months. ABSA promised to sort this out. Hoo-Haaa, seems the responder here is equally incompetent. If you don't get my account unblocked TODAY, I'll move my accounts to another bank. I'm tired of your incompetence. My 'bank manager' is clearly appointed for the wrong reasons and that reflects on you. And that also goes for your FICA manager at head office
6 months! That's how long I wait for Donald, my business banker to respond to my FICA. He requested that I submit Fica documents. I emailed and asked exactly which documents I need to submit. No response. Emailed again. No Response. Called me 3 months later and asked where are my documents. He emailed what he needs. Now another 3 months later and my account is still blocked. ABSA, fire your business bankers!
Please get this! If I want to make payment to whoever the hell I want to, I will not spend another day with you on the phone to access my funds. The world is much bigger now. And I will simply use other sources to get where I want to be. You either play along or cut your own throat. I'm done calling you
I've been with Vox 3 months now, 1 month without Wifi. They claim that the LAN is back on the old service provider system and the old provider says no, I'm not. I've canceled the service 13 days ago asking for my money back. No acknowledgment of the email, problem-solving, nothing, NADA What? Do you want to take another month's fees or what?
In 2020 around October I wrote a review since ABSA is trying to impress us with fancy banking apps while the basics still do not work. Since then I CAN STILL NOT DOWNLOAD BANK STATEMENTS. I suggest you hire competent people to build a solid platform and UPLOAD MY STATEMENTS online!
How many more calls? I've made arrangements for March homeloan payment, YET ABSA uses excuses such as tracking debit orders. ****it, your system and how you operate it is none of my business. I spoke to Jackie Pretorius twice, on the 17th you called me and make arrangements once again, Yet your debit order goes off on an unexpected date. I spoke to ABSA home loans again today and the last will put in a REQUEST??? One that will only be activated between3 and 5 business days?!!! Then we're more than 2 weeks later. Why the ****** hell did I try to make arrangements with you if we still struggle 3 weeks later??????????????? You want custiomer loyalty? My ass. I'm with you because I got the best deal 15 years ago. Definitly not because you care. This is business and your business ethics SUCK!
You are so busy being public that you don't attend to your memberships. I explained when I joined that I also wanted to cancel because I am NOT an employee that can benefit from you. I don't even have a copy of my membership contract. COME ON man. I'm trying to call you, leave messages on your website. Geez, I don't even know my membership number because you have not sent it to me. STOP debiting my bank account and REFUND ME. How the hell should I get hold of someone who deal with this?????????
