Do not buy from Ramware
Ramware is an online electronics shop. I ordered a few items from them on 02 Aug 21. I ordered 2 x USB Flash drives and a CPU Cooler for my PC. Received the Flash drives but not the CPU Cooler. Called them and they use different suppliers for the items. It is now 11 Aug and I still have not received the CPU Cooler. I have been calling them daily and every time they say delivery will be tomorrow. This is a warning to all prospective buyers. Do not use Ramware for your online shopping.

01 Sept 2021, 20:53Dear Gideon Basson, I remember you clearly. We sorry for your experience. You did call and leave a message to talk to the manager. I did call back and spoke to your wife. I explained that part of the order was coming from Rectron Durban, and Rectron Durban used RTT. RTT Durban was burnt to the ground in the looting, and they were using a temp site with limited resources. You wife was sympathetic to their situation. We did cancel that part of the order for you. Again, we are sorry for your experience and wish we could change the business operating environment in South Africa.
