Great providers of high end PC hardware, very good tech support.
Have bought many high end items from Ramware over the years, from ThreadRipper CPUs to high end GeForce and Radeon graphics cards. Often other stores dont have these items available but Ramware usually gets them for me within 1-2 days. One of my orders i recently had a 7900XT 20GB that had a very intermittent problem where it would crash once a week or have artifacts . The suppliers where doubtful that it was the card was at fault but i was certain it was faulty because other cards i had didnt have the problem. Ramware assisted in helping prove it was indeed the card that had a fault and the supplier promptly sent me a brand new one that worked flawlessly afterwards.

Run away!
I'm not one to write poor review as I usually give companies the benefit of the doubt, however in this case I need to warn prospective customers to stay far away. I ordered a CPU which they clearly did not have in stock although the website gave no indication of this, so once paid it was a case of "it comes when it comes, wait and see". Eventually it arrived. Now, 3 months later, after persistent nagging they resolutely refuse to issue me with a tax invoice. Dodgy to say the least - not worth the couple of bucks you might save - there are other decent outfits out there

Refund nightmare
I purchased a stand for my monitor from Ramware as they had the cheapest price and delivery was included. I had to return the monitor because the new laptops only come with 1 USB port and Dell had another model that came with USB’s. I informed Ramware of my intention to return and after lengthy back and forth discussions I finally got approval to return the stand to the distributor at my own cost, and when I enquired about my refund, Ramware flat out ignored my emails. At the writing of this review I have still not been reimbursed nor have my emails been returned. I have asked the bank however to reverse the transaction, and thought I should warn people out there of their practices. Should you ever need to return something, you won’t get your money back from these guys. I’d stay away, and stick to Takealot.

Do not buy from Ramware
Ramware is an online electronics shop. I ordered a few items from them on 02 Aug 21. I ordered 2 x USB Flash drives and a CPU Cooler for my PC. Received the Flash drives but not the CPU Cooler. Called them and they use different suppliers for the items. It is now 11 Aug and I still have not received the CPU Cooler. I have been calling them daily and every time they say delivery will be tomorrow. This is a warning to all prospective buyers. Do not use Ramware for your online shopping.
