Rand west bullying residents
****** disconnection and abandonment of electricity I have returned home to all my electricity wires removed , this after a smart rollout was interrupted by someone of the community, all because this took place when the electricity van was outside my house .with no relation to the individual, as new owners ,this is pathetic , we are left stranded with out any solution .. Rand west does not respect there customers, and this is *******, as they did not even communicate with the owners of the property, Rand west is bullying me as a customer and denying me of my human rights as a citizen of this country.

Rand West Municipality is the worst ever!!!!
They rob people off, they guess the water readings and come up with ridiculous amounts for people to pay. You owe them R600 and they disconnect your electricity and then have the nerve to tell you to pay an additional R700 for reconnection, I'm disgusted by how they run this municipality

My sewer is blocked since Monday and I personal went to report it on Monday, 16 August 2021
My sewer is blocked since Monday and I personal went to report it on Monday, 16 August 2021. Till today on Thursday 19th they are not helping me. I again went today and was told they will come. Unless if they don't know the streets or they are helping their friend first. Bcos I am not a friend here I am not gonna be serviced. I am paying for my services. Everytime one must beg in order to get service. When I don't pay they run to cut off my service but for them to provide is a problem. If I have money I was gonna call service providers and pay a fee. Now I am sitting in a house full of **** SMELL. That's not fair. Mutshena 0837219881
