I am appauled by the disservice I received after reporting a municipal sewer over flowing in my yard , the evening of the 27th , I took a day off fro. Work to make sure my property is accessible, should they come. , But wow, to my disbelieve , I was left all day to sit with the overflowing sewer and pray that my health is not effected. ,. Its now the evening and still my family is impacted by this , I have escalated several times , I have logged a query online and Oh the worst is that THE COMPLAINT section on E-TSHWANE does not allow for you to submit a complaint directly to the department of concern . They have disabled the contact nr abilities so clients get stuck there ..why , I would realy love to know . For now I sit frustrated, and disgusted with the service I am getting . I believed in you Tshwane ..
2 weeks without electricity, no communication from anyone at the municipality despite multiple attempts to call and email, I am a property investor and have recently bought a house in Venterspos westonaria, but since my new meter was connected , I have been struggling to have electricity supp**** to my property, Its on then when another contractor comes out , it off and no one can explain or fix the problem .
We have not had water for the last 3 weeks now and NOT EVEN daily water delivery via the water tank .. This mater is serious as we struggling with the driver who delivers water in VENTERSPOS WESTONARIA,who is very rude and delivers water to who ever he feels like without making the necessary stops. He has engaged in fights several times with the community and fails to fix his shortcomings, he has no humanity for us struggling .. He refuse to give us his name ,but I trust that this can be found . What a dreadful experience, having to que all morning then be told that centurion home affairs made a mistake on my daughter's Birth certificate 7 years ago by NOT STAMPING THE birth certificate, OMG , As if I work there. ? The lady at id application cubicle 4 was of no help . I lost a days salary and had to deal with incompetence because why can they not just correct there own mistake . I am very frustrated and need to warn other citizens of the problems to anticipate because ,you will be dissipointed shame !!
I have returned home to all my electricity wires removed , this after a smart rollout was interrupted by someone of the community, all because this took place when the electricity van was outside my house .with no relation to the individual, as new owners ,this is pathetic , we are left stranded with out any solution .. Rand west does not respect there customers, and this is *******, as they did not even communicate with the owners of the property, Rand west is bullying me as a customer and denying me of my human rights as a citizen of this country.

We had order eisbein from this restaurant, just to find that the centre was frozen and further more rotten, the meat smelled so bad and I have dealt woth many Einstein in my life but never A Rotten one. I called the owner and he took no ownership of it. I am very disappointed and disgusted . That explains our tummy bug we all experiencing
I have visited 3 of your branches across Gauteng in search of the GHOST PEPPE ALL STAR BOX and I have still not found this product available at any . I am exhausted with trying to taste this GHOST PEPPER box , I HAVE TRIED AND TRIED AND TRIED , the disappointment is deep , i am more disappointed that they false advertising knowing that they do NOT have this item in stock .
