Wasting Consumers Time and Petrol!!

Hi, i would like to express my service received from Randburg coin in Johannesburg, randburg.

i have several collect slabbed coins that are only been 1 total graded up to the low thousands. however after contacting SA mint, i was referred to Mike from Randburg coin. after contacting mike i sent him a detailed email of all the coins i have including serial numbers. he responded, informing me that i only have one coin of value and made a offer (depending condition). not being an expert, i presumed mike knew what he was looking at, so i drove all the way from pta east to randburg, only to be told that the NGC made a mistake on the label and that he cannot help me. the lack of communication, knowledge and question resulted in me losing a few hours of work, petrol and my time, for nothing but 'i am sorry'. i dont care if they deal in mass loads of more value coins, i was a customer and should have been treated as any of there high value customers, such as finding all the facts out first, requesting photos and getting all the information needed before sending clients on a road trip for nothing. honestly it is sad that such companies exist in south africa, the "i dont care attitude" is beyond repair.
