Hi, i am hoping ot get Support from Ebay with this complaint. I have for the past 2 months trying to get my account verifed by Payoneer, i have been luckily enough to receive responses from their support team, but i keep on getting told that "i will ensure your account is activated' and then never hear from that person again until you log another complaint. The fact that Payoneer controls the usage of Ebay accounts and that they are not helpful enough to resolve simple issue's, secondly its difficult to get hold of Ebay's support team to complain about Payoneer's unwilliness and unprofessionlism. Hi Everyone I would like to express my gratitude & the level of Professionalism that i received from the Legendary Family at Bikeshop Rivonia. Upon taking delivery, Davin went through the entire bike explaining EVERYTHNG on the bike and checks that were done, at some point i thought i was on a technical course for Triumph, lol. I was then introduced to the AMAZING Angelica who finalized the Paperwork and let me say, she just placed the 'finishing touches' to this AMAZING Experience! There are hundreds of bikes to select from and you will find that one bike that is calling out to you but take a "cleanex" for excess drooling. I HIGHLY Recommend visiting Bikeshop Rivonia as you will NOT regret purchasing your new Ride from this AMAZING Team! I THANK Everyone at Bikeshop Rivonia for the amazing Experience and have adopted a new loyal customer!

hi people of south Africa, this is part 2 of my review. on the 11th May 21, i posted a review on hello peter as i am struggling to get vehicle finance on grounds of unfair application review (discriminations of credit grant). i received response from an unknown person from standard as the information is starred out. but stated that they will contact me as a matter of urgency! i still wait today for someone to contact me, i have sent a private response with my contact details. yet i still wait!!! The level of commitment and service provided by standard bank is WAY below avg. Below is my original review as well as the response i received stating someone will contact me to investigate the matter. "Standard Bank is rejecting applications unfairly and illegally!!! Good day, i have been trying to apply for vehicle finance since last year oct, but i am being unfairly treated to the degree of 'discriminations of credit grant" as it is not your typical application. however nobody seems to give two ****s about helping people in this country, they are just systematically having a bot computer check the application, there is no more manual checking (according to what i have been told). i believe this to be true as everybody i have had contract with from various dealerships and branches of standard bank, have informed me. people of the bank care more about lining their pockets than actually doing their jobs as required. are there people in standard bank who is embracing their new "slogan - standard Bank has decided it is time to move on. Its new slogan addresses the dreams and aspirations of clients: ‘It Can Be’ the bank declares" . so far nobody has got back to me regarding my recent escalations and request for help. This is the level of service we civilians are subjected to in this country. yet We are Owing debt to other countries. i would like to speak to someone from standard bank who is willing to assist me with an vehicle finance application and not just turn a blind eye,, my contact details are ***********. regards Hello Thank you for posting your comment. Its payday and you have server issue's. thousand of employees wait for inrewards to catch a wake up. it took management almost month to replace 5 cards on my MA account now followed by this - server down. each time, IT department reports it as "something, is down, e.g server, website or faulty cable etc.." but in fact, the IT department is as useless as before they studied. this is our lively hood and you play around in the office not doing regular routine maintenance checks relevant to your department. but prefer to laze around until an issue surfaces then you scramble to think what the issue is, taking much longer than if you could have just been proactive with your maintenance. thank you IT, hope you enjoyed your start of the weekend.

Since John & myself have been in contact, i have been blown away by his level of customer Service, customer dedication, financial advise, his welcoming attitude towards customers and their issue's. John has and is still going out of his way to help me in every way possibly. I work in a customer service and Retentions industry and i have NOT seen such Eger-ness to help customers, when Mr John could have treated me like most of the other F&I managers have in the past BUT he pursued his passion for customer service and without a hesitation was determined to assist me. Mr John 's caring, understanding and determine attitude has not only given me hope for vehicle finance, but he has also given me soo much future advice (financially), that is simply put as "the best Person" to go to. Ford Fury, i recommend that you take care of John Schimper, as people of this level are EXTREMLY hard to find these days. Customers, if you are looking for help, understanding and a committed F&I manager, i strongly recommend John, HANDS DOWN!! Good day capitec I really hope you take the time and some effort to READ this, as this is what you have caused. I would like to thank you for kicking me on the streets and causing me to lose my home and job. Recently I applied for vehicle finance, I was declined, not due to score (that time) but due to “liability of income”. Meaning, they need prove of where my income comes from. So I submitted 6 months payslips and was recommended to apply as “self-employed”, still declined. I was then requested to send my employment contract, which I did. Yet that was not good enough as the contract is a yearly renewal. I was then informed that I should try get a letter of employment, which I did. It indicated salary and employment term. YET, this still was not good enough as yet again I was declined, but this time I was told that “due to the way your company pays you (innervation card to ATM to capitec), I now had to deposit money into another account so that I can eft to my capitec so that is seems more legit. Legit? I have a letterhead from my employer (names not mentioned) which is one of the largest companies in south Africa. How more Legit must it be!! SO, what baffles me is that the problem is basically how I get my wages. What difference does it make when every month money reflects into my capitec account (which is what you base you credit on). Frankly, It is no concern to you how the money gets into my account, but only to know if there is enough money to pay your bill at the end of the day, right! Let me explain to you how wages are paid since you are adamant in knowing. due to my work (who I have been employed for 7 years) pays us through an Innervation cash incentive card. Every month on the 15th, monies owing to me (by the company) are paid to this innervation account, I then draw the money at an atm and deposit it into my capitec account for an income trail. Then I pay all my bills manually, which is about the 16 – 18 of each month, just so they are paid. Remainder is mine to spend!! Even after all this. You still do not want to give me vehicle finance, even though I have applied for cars between 78k up to 389k. about a month ago I went into your woodlands branch to apply for a personal loan, I was offered 74k but had second thoughts. SO, you cannot give me vehicle finance to get a car (asset) which has more collateral value than a personal loan (cash), right! Brilliant, well played!! I don’t know what sounds more pathetic, this article or capitec’s thought process. I am no longer able to apply for any finance as my credit score is now to low due to the many times trying and being advised differently on each decline. My job requires me to be on the road, i have equipment that needs to be taken to sites in order to do my job, so that I can earn a salary and pay my bills. Now that you refuse to finance me and due to your faulty advise, I am not forced to sit at home, lose my job and my home. So I will accept this fate, but not without a fight. In the next few days I will be Uber-ing to The South African human right commission in Johannesburg, so that they can investigate and explore my human rights on this matter. I will not stop until my forceful situation you put me in has been exploited. Thank you for messing my life up an all because I took YOUR advice!!
