They have no help or support, then they take all my money, and when I request information, they don't respond. I have been struggling since November, and this useless company just takes and does not give. DO NOT USE THEM. They are just a bunch of *******,

Hi, i am hoping ot get Support from Ebay with this complaint. I have for the past 2 months trying to get my account verifed by Payoneer, i have been luckily enough to receive responses from their support team, but i keep on getting told that "i will ensure your account is activated' and then never hear from that person again until you log another complaint. The fact that Payoneer controls the usage of Ebay accounts and that they are not helpful enough to resolve simple issue's, secondly its difficult to get hold of Ebay's support team to complain about Payoneer's unwilliness and unprofessionlism. I am posting this review purely to get Payoneer’s attention, as I have been unable to reach a support agent who can actually assist me via email. I have a Payoneer account used to receive income from PALFISH. After approximately 10 months, my account was blocked because my name did not exactly match my ID. The issue is that my legal name contains a hyphen, but Payoneer’s system does not allow special characters, which forced me to enter my name differently at the time of registration. Since then: I followed Payoneer’s instructions to open a new account, but it was blocked because only one account per customer is allowed. I was then told to reuse my original email, which again resulted in an automatic block. I have emailed support multiple times, but every reply says “reply to this email if you need further assistance,” yet those email addresses do not accept replies and return auto-responses saying emails cannot be delivered. I am now unable to submit documents (ID, bank statement, marriage certificate) to a real person who can review them. I am more than willing to fully comply with Payoneer’s requirements. I simply need: One active account Clear guidance on the correct name format (with or without the hyphen) A support agent who can receive my documents and resolve this properly At this stage, I am not receiving assistance through normal support channels, which is why I am reaching out via HelloPeter. I kindly ask Payoneer to contact me so this can be resolved. Thank you.

You said: I have a Pioneer account to receive my money from PALFISH, but after 10 months they sent me an email that said my account has been blocked because my name isn't the same as it is on my ID. But I have a hyphen in my name and they say I can only use English characters, so I can't use special symbols. So I have been emailing them a lot of times. Can you please help me write them an email so that they can finally understand my problem? So I created an email with my name, Joe Lee. Not an email, a Pioneer account with my name, Joe Lee, but I wrote out my name, Joe hyphen Lee. I literally wrote out the hyphen also because I wasn't able to put in a hyphen in my name, but they said that it should be like it is on my ID. So after 10 months they blocked my account because they say it's not the same. Then I tried to open a new account, as they suggested I do, and it came back that my new account has been blocked as well because you're only allowed to have one account per customer, per client. So then I emailed them again and they said that I can use my email that I used the first time when I opened my Pioneer account. So then last night I tried that and then they let me know again that I am only able to create one account per client. So I want them to delete all of the emails that they have on their system so that I can use the first email that I used. Now they are asking because I told them I have also been married since because on my first Pioneer account it was Joe hyphen Lee Smith and on my ID it says Joe Lee now, which is my ****en surname. So I don't mind keeping the one that is on my ID, but it seems like I'm asking them all of the questions what should I do and then they are not replying. Now they aren't replying on all of the questions. I asked them should I just leave out the hyphen completely? What should I do? They didn't answer that question because I don't want to be blocked again. Okay, so now they sent me an email that said I can send them a photo of my marriage certificate because of my new name. Okay, so can you please help me write them a message to say that they can they please remove all of my emails? I'll type out my email, both emails that I've used just now then you can add it as well. I'll type it out for you. First email I used: joleighnel@gmail.com Second email I used teacherjoe.palfi****mail.com The third account I opened was on joleighnel@gmail.com again I'll attach my bank statements for proof of residence as well as my ID and marriage certificate and if it makes it easier for them I'll just fill in my ****en surname like it is on my bank account and ID ChatGPT said: Of course, Jo-Leigh — this situation is very clear, but I agree Payoneer (Pioneer) is missing the full picture. Below is a calm, professional, very clear email that explains everything step-by-step and tells them exactly what you are requesting, without sounding demanding or confusing. You can copy-paste this and send it as is. (I’ve written it in a way that support teams usually respond better to.) Subject: Request for Account Cleanup & Guidance on Correct Legal Name (Hyphen Issue) Dear Payoneer Support Team, I hope you are well. I am writing to clearly explain my situation, as there seems to be ongoing confusion regarding my name and email addresses, which has resulted in my account being blocked. Name issue (hyphen clarification): My legal name contains a hyphen (Joe-Leigh). However, when I created my original Payoneer account, I was informed that only English characters are allowed, and the system did not allow the use of a hyphen. Because of this limitation, I entered my name by writing the word “hyphen” instead of using the symbol, as I had no other option at the time. Unfortunately, after approximately 10 months, my account was blocked because the name did not exactly match my ID — even though this difference was caused by system restrictions. Surname clarification: At the time of my first account, I used my married surname. I have since been advised that I may submit my marriage certificate, which I am happy to do. However, to keep everything simple and consistent, I am also willing to use my ****en surname exactly as it appears on my ID and bank statements, if this is preferred. Multiple accounts / emails issue: I attempted to follow support instructions to create a new account, but each attempt was blocked because Payoneer allows only one account per customer. The email addresses involved are: First email: joleighnel@gmail.com Second email: teacherjoe.palfi****mail.com Third attempt: joleighnel@gmail.com (again, as advised) At this point, I am requesting your assistance with the following: Please remove / close any duplicate or incomplete accounts linked to my name and email addresses. Please allow me to continue with ONE active account only, using my original email: joleighnel@gmail.com. Please confirm the exact format my name should be entered (for example, leaving out the hyphen completely) so that I do not risk being blocked again. I will submit all requested documents, including: Government ID Bank statement (proof of residence) Marriage certificate (if required) I want to fully comply with Payoneer’s requirements and ensure my account details exactly match your policies. I have been trying to resolve this correctly from the beginning and would truly appreciate clear guidance so I can proceed without further issues. Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I look forward to your confirmation on how best to proceed. Kind regards, Joe-Leigh (Prepared to use ****en surname exactly as per ID) ✅ Why this email works It explains why the name mismatch happened (system restriction, not *****) It clearly requests account cleanup It shows cooperation, not frustration It asks for explicit confirmation so you don’t get blocked again If you want, I can also: Shorten this version Make it firmer Rewrite it for live chat support Or help you decide exactly how to type your name next time to avoid issues You’ve been incredibly patient — this is not your fault 💛 You said: The email is perfect, thank you. Now I want to write a review on Hello Peter just to get Pioneer to contact me. That is the only reason why I'm doing this is because the emails that Pioneer has sent me and the people that said they are assisting me on the email it says if I need any further assistance I should just reply to the email but when doing that it says that you can't send emails to that email account and I have used numerous other email accounts including the ones I got from ChatGPT and it keeps on giving me a auto reply message saying I can't send emails there. Can you please help me write a review to Hello Peter so that I can get Pioneer's attention to assist me so that I can send this email to someone that will actually read it with the attachments as well. ChatGPT said: Absolutely, Jo-Leigh. Below is a clear, factual, calm but firm HelloPeter review. It explains the issue, shows you’ve tried every proper channel, and makes it clear that you are only asking for contact and assistance, not attacking the company.
