They have no help or support, then they take all my money, and when I request information, they don't respond. I have been struggling since November, and this useless company just takes and does not give. DO NOT USE THEM. They are just a bunch of *******,
The service was great. I was informed on my policy changes. Cant complain at all
Wish i can give them 0 stars. I was charged a R100 honoring fee because my account was 28 cents in arrears. This is absurd, and when i called customer care, arrogance has a new name. Standard should be ashamed. R100 for 28cents? Your logic is poor at the best of days, I regret moving over to Standard Bank. The biggest mistake of my life.
I have international funds coming in as per usual. Nothing new. Now the wonderful bank that is Standard Bank froze my money and nobody knows why. This is absurd. If i wanted poor service, there are other banks i could have chosen.
Vodacom has poor service, and they can't care about it. They respond in private to make sure people don't see how poor the service is from them. I wish I had never gone with these money-taking corporations, I guess someone has to pay for their lavish lifestyles.
Poor service huts an aal time high with Vodacom. I dont think Vodacom knows what the word cancellation means. I am getting tired of the poor excuses and people blaming other people. Vodacom needs to get competent staff. Getting out of hand. Wish i can give 0 stars
Service is appalling. They asked us for some service, we declined. Then they went with it anyways. They increased our subscription dor more R150 and when questioned they just couldn't care. They have no ethics or pride in They're work. Cell C rewards is the biggest scan on this earth. Wish they never existed, biggest regret
I requested 1 call from Hippo, after my inquiry, i received over 16 spam calls. Shocking, i asked First for woman to call me in regards with a quote, now my phone is ringing non stop from many companies i have no intention talking to. I do not want to talk with Discover, OUTsurance, myway, auto general, DSTV, and multiple others except for the 1 we wanted. This is a breach of my personal information. people should stay away from hippo. they completely disregard the POPI act.
The service is appalling. all my info is correct, but they keep rejecting me without any valid answer. i just wish they can do theyre jobs. i am waiting for money to be paid into my account and still nothing.
HI. I have become worried about the low level of service and lack of pride in doing his/her work. Like Vodacom, I logged a ticker for a line to be moved. nothing happened and when you try to escalate it, nothing happens. The service is appalling at best and the employees are there only to earn a salary, customer care or service is not the priority of things.
