CAN PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY BOTH MY VISUAL AND PHYSICAL CARDS KEEP DECLINING WHEN I TRY TO MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE??????????????????????????????????? EVERY MONTH ITS A STRUGGLE, I HAVE TO CANCEL CARDS ALL THE TIME BEFORE TRANSACTIONS CAN GO THROUGHOUT, YOU ****EN USELESS PEOPLE KEEP CALLING ME AND I DONT PICK BECAUSE WHEN I USED TO PICK THE CALLS, STILL THE SAME PROBLEM WAS NEVER RESOLVED. CAN SOMEONE JUST TELL ME WHY MY CARDS DONT MAKE ONLINE PAYMENT?????????
They take time to process refund. I was charged R569.23 but my order was R334.20, I thought the difference would reflect in my account ASAP so that I can purchase the items that they don't have else where.
I requested for a refund because I was very very unsatisfied with how I received my food stuff. The funds were reversed into my account but it seems like pick n pay reversed the funds back to their account, how or why i don't understand. Im currently on the app right now and the consultants are pathetic, they don't respond to my messages.
I GOT A CALL THAT MY CARD WAS WORKING FINE, TO MY SURPRISE I WANT TO A STORE TO PAY FOR GOOD AND MY CARD DECLINED, I THEN TRIED TO WITHDRAW AT THE STORE AND IT DECLINED, I WENT TO AN ATM TRIED TO WITHDRAW AND IT DECLINED, JUST PAY NOW TRIED TO DEBIT FUNDS AND IT DECLINED. THIS IS THE SECOND MONTH MY CARD HAD BEEN BLOCKED. I DONT EVEN KNOW WHY MY CARD IS BLOCKED, PLEASE IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO GET THIS CARD ACTIVE AGAIN, YOUR STAFF IS USELESS

I cannot make any purchases online because the bank keeps declining my payments. Additional payments are affecting me because debit orders keeps bouncing.
Good day I bought something from SEAGM.com on the 14th of this month worth R15 and I didn't receive it because they said it didn't go off my account, please I need the R15 to be reversed back into my account. One of your consultants on FB advised that online payments are not reversible, I asked her if she checked or tried to trace the funds and till today no response from her
