Bribes and ******s at the DLTC

I was bribed and robed from the moment I walked in by a mr zwelethemba fani matebe. Or sibusiso mabuza..Block b room 3.. He had someone approach me on the day i wrote my learners, he pretends to be helpful. Catchs you in the payment que, he said i may do lessons and my license through the school with him. he then took R2850 cash from me telling me the card matchine is not working but not to worry my finger prints would be done shortly I'd collect my learners and return the next week for my license. After a few minutes he came back and told me my learners would not be printed and to return in the morning to collect it. This was last Saturday. At 6pm on Friday he then texted me and told me I needed to pay another R1820 or I could not collect my learners and go forward with my license. I was confused more money for what I asked him? He refused to tell me anything but that he needed to pay for something for my license to pass. Insinuating that I was now to buy my license. This was never my understanding and I very clearly told him this. When I refused to pay more funds over he told me he would be failing my learners which I had already passed and that I can now not apply for my license for the next 5 years.

Aftet a long and stressful back and forth I had no choice but to let it go as I don't know who to go to for help on this? His a disgusting human and his tactics are outrageous he targets people on their own and in the que waiting to pay he approaches as if to help very cleverly robs you and then pretends your intentions were to bribe them. I'm left with no answers my money ****** and not knowing where to go to for assistance. Despicable is not enough to express my feelings towards this experience
