Randburg DLTC
Absolute ******** operation!!! There is no way you can obtain your drivers licence legally from Randburg DLTC - every person there is ******* and **** artists. From the moment you arrive till you leave empty handed you are conned and treated with absolute disrespect. There are multiple operators at both the DLTC and Civic centre ****ming people and you can’t even get helped without being treated badly. Mr Mabuza (+27 61 015 7298) and his crew need to be arrested for *****. They openly **** multiple people daily.

Bribes and ******s at the DLTC
I was bribed and robed from the moment I walked in by a mr zwelethemba fani matebe. Or sibusiso mabuza..Block b room 3.. He had someone approach me on the day i wrote my learners, he pretends to be helpful. Catchs you in the payment que, he said i may do lessons and my license through the school with him. he then took R2850 cash from me telling me the card matchine is not working but not to worry my finger prints would be done shortly I'd collect my learners and return the next week for my license. After a few minutes he came back and told me my learners would not be printed and to return in the morning to collect it. This was last Saturday. At 6pm on Friday he then texted me and told me I needed to pay another R1820 or I could not collect my learners and go forward with my license. I was confused more money for what I asked him? He refused to tell me anything but that he needed to pay for something for my license to pass. Insinuating that I was now to buy my license. This was never my understanding and I very clearly told him this. When I refused to pay more funds over he told me he would be failing my learners which I had already passed and that I can now not apply for my license for the next 5 years. Aftet a long and stressful back and forth I had no choice but to let it go as I don't know who to go to for help on this? His a disgusting human and his tactics are outrageous he targets people on their own and in the que waiting to pay he approaches as if to help very cleverly robs you and then pretends your intentions were to bribe them. I'm left with no answers my money ****** and not knowing where to go to for assistance. Despicable is not enough to express my feelings towards this experience

A very angry applicant
I’m here to express how I was treated today at Randburg DCLT 5Hans Schoeman Drive Malanshof I’ve never been so saddened by a person who’s expected to do their job like this. Government employees are the worst it is as if you are forced to work I’m here to say I was not happy with the examiner I got from Randburg DCLT She kept insulting me and telling me how young I am and I don’t know my story before testing on the ground I was able to pass yard test she confused me as she saw how nervous I am she kept on telling me how I’m making her job difficult She was so rude like she had her own problems . Do not accept this and examiner who goes by the name Constance she will ruin your time and make you feel worthless She can’t do her job She’s there to make you fail not pass she confuses you as she’s lazy to go do roadworthiness she doesn’t even wanna work .Shes ruthless again if y’all wanna try out a driving school Do not go for the following driving schools *Its a **** they will eat your money and waste your time Yugo driving school Vashavhi driving school Constance you better look for a better job because it shows so well you not fit and proper for being an examiner at all . A very angry applicant.

Excellent service
My daughter went to write her learners license at this Testing centre, on 19th September 2024. Their service was seamless, from the Security guy right up. I was really impressed; after interacting with Sandton DLTC several times' with no joy whatsoever; extremely poor service there. To top it all off, my daughter passed her learners, first attempt at Randburg DLTC. Please keep up the good work.

Excellent service
My daughter went to write her learners license at this Testing centre, on 19th September 2024. Their service was seamless, from the Security guy right up. I was really impressed; after interacting with Sandton DLTC several times' with no joy whatsoever; extremely poor service there. To top it all off, my daughter passed her learners, first attempt at Randburg DLTC. Please keep up the good work.

Hi I know most of you will be quite astonished that I'm giving an SA govt institution a 5 star rating and this is a genuine review.Today 25th June 24 I went for my drivers licence at Randburg DLTC and I was assisted by a lady her surname is Aphane , very very friendly and helpful she made theprocess seamless with her friendly and motherly nature and I'd like to thank her for her good service kea leboga mme.May you be rocognized for your excellent customer care -God bless you abundantly.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
If I could give a negative star I WOULD! I had a learner's test this morning at 08:30 and needed to go in before to pay for the application. I arrived at 06:45 and waited patiently before going in when they open. The security guard asked me what time my test was and when I told him, he took me right to the front of the line and got me to fill my details in quickly. Now I don't know what time the ladies that work there arrive for work, but they were standing around, and there was 1 woman who was mopping the floor while customers were coming in! The security guard expressed the urgency about my particular case (all out of his own as I didn't express that to him at all) and the woman Phumzile who needed to do the eye test could not be bothered. She moved at glacial pace and viewed her contacts whatsapp statuses, checked her social media and completely ignored me when I greeted her. She gave me information at 1 minute intervals (So instead of saying: "I need these things from you..." She told me after I handed the item she asked for. While explaining how the eye test worked she did not look at me once and spoke quickly as if I was inconveniencing her. I had to ask for sanitiser and tissue to clean the eye machine before using it - which again aggravated her, moving in the slowest pace imaginable! I patiently waited and then during the test she continued to use her phone. I AM DISGUSTED at the LACK of respect and common decency experienced at this Testing Centre. I will be taking it further as that IS NOT the way anyone being served should be treated. She was not doing me any favours- she was doing what she GETS PAID FOR!!! I missed my test and now need to try an rebook.
