We recently adopted a new puppy, and on the day we signed our papers we were contacted by D'Angelo Whyte, a Pet Sales Consultant who walked us through the process of what Dotsure does. If I could give a negative star I WOULD! I had a learner's test this morning at 08:30 and needed to go in before to pay for the application. I arrived at 06:45 and waited patiently before going in when they open. The security guard asked me what time my test was and when I told him, he took me right to the front of the line and got me to fill my details in quickly. Now I don't know what time the ladies that work there arrive for work, but they were standing around, and there was 1 woman who was mopping the floor while customers were coming in! The security guard expressed the urgency about my particular case (all out of his own as I didn't express that to him at all) and the woman Phumzile who needed to do the eye test could not be bothered. She moved at glacial pace and viewed her contacts whatsapp statuses, checked her social media and completely ignored me when I greeted her. She gave me information at 1 minute intervals (So instead of saying: "I need these things from you..." She told me after I handed the item she asked for. While explaining how the eye test worked she did not look at me once and spoke quickly as if I was inconveniencing her. I had to ask for sanitiser and tissue to clean the eye machine before using it - which again aggravated her, moving in the slowest pace imaginable! I patiently waited and then during the test she continued to use her phone. I AM DISGUSTED at the LACK of respect and common decency experienced at this Testing Centre. I will be taking it further as that IS NOT the way anyone being served should be treated. She was not doing me any favours- she was doing what she GETS PAID FOR!!! I missed my test and now need to try an rebook.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT Pick n Pay Clothing at JACKAL CREEK CORNER... I want to thank Luleka and her team, Winet, Anto, and Lesedi... WOW! The patience and kindness I was treated with while trying on many different things... I couldn't decide what I wanted and each interaction I had with the staff was so respectful, understanding and HELPFUL!!! After having a terrible experience at the one at Honeydew Village, it was such a relief walking out of the store at Jackal Creek Corner after such lovely service.. A HUGE THANK YOU and encouragement to keep up the beautiful service.
