The worst. I have been trying to cancel my contract and contact billing to arrange for my outstanding payment. Online cancellation functionality is not working. No one picks up my call to Billing (I have tried everyday for 10days). I have logged queries without receiving feedback - first query logged in Dec 2023. The customer service has declined greatly and it is disappointing.
If I could give this DLTC a 0, I would. The customer service is ridiculous. Non-existent. Pathetic to say the least.
I wanted to do a gel soak off. I arrived at 14h20 on a Sunday afternoon within business hours as the operating hours of the door and online states 15h00 closure. The receptionist refused to offer the service because the nail techs were leaving at 14h25. I was literally turned away and she suggested I go to another branch. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. Very poor service. Another client was even complaining about the service she had received.
The customer service is appalling. Ordered boots on 17 July and have not received feedback regarding the delay in deliver. The status of the order has remained at Processing. The contact number on the website doesn't go through. The WhatsApp line is useless too yet they're still posting on Instagram. The lack of professionalism is quite disappointing. Your customers have to run after you for not fulfilling an obligation after receiving payment.
