Billing Department needs forensic investigation. Endless billing issues, forced to pay *****ulent amounts to close accounts to protect myself and then cancelled accounts being flagged as in arrears months after cancellation and arrears balance can’t be reconciled to any accounts!! Zero ways to contact customer care - hiding behind bots and WhatsApp chats. So many complaints about this from multiple people - when is Telkom going to be held accountable. How are Audit Firms not looking into this.
Absolute ******** operation!!! There is no way you can obtain your drivers licence legally from Randburg DLTC - every person there is ******* and **** artists. From the moment you arrive till you leave empty handed you are conned and treated with absolute disrespect. There are multiple operators at both the DLTC and Civic centre ****ming people and you can’t even get helped without being treated badly. Mr Mabuza (+27 61 015 7298) and his crew need to be arrested for *****. They openly **** multiple people daily.
Telkom Billing Department absolutely diabolical and ************. Closed my accounts because of billing errors that they could never sort out and was forced to settle to ensure I don’t have any adverse credit records. Despite multiple interactions with multiple people for 6 months to this was never sorted out and even continued to charge for services post cancellation and despite all efforts can’t get this sorted and their debt collection services SAYA Recoveries are even equally inept. I explain and provide supporting material on a daily basis and the same nonsense you have an outstanding balance and ‘the system says / hasn’t been updated”.
Netcare Milpark ICU shocking! Evening staff specifically a disgrace to the nursing profession. ******, unprofessional, confrontational, and lack any empathy. Staff discussing me in front of me like I didn’t exist, Staff flirting with each other (this is real life not Greys anatomy), staff walking around like they are on a vacation, treating families with contempt, no contact with Drs! My Mom has been in ICU for nearly 24 hours and not one ICU Dr has spoke to me about her illness and prognosis - not to much to ask! My Mom deserves, like everyone does, to leave this world with love, grace, and dignity and I would expect the care givers have some respect and compassion for patients and their loved ones. Avoid Milpark ICU at all costs.
Heartbreaking to say Danie Gerber of DG Ultimate Construction is a crook of the highest order. He is the mascot for crooked construction companies. In good faith, we paid upfront (in full) for a job that should have taken a week to complete and to date we have never received the work, or reimbur*****t and this has been going on since May 2019 with broken promise after broken promise and lie after lie. Stay away from doing business with him and report your similar experiences to stop him from defrauding other clients.
