Randburg Runners Linden for real runners - perfect after sales service

It can be hard to find real running shoe advice and service for such an expensive sport.

I recently purchased an expensive running shoe at Randburg Runner. I insisted on having the same make and model as my previous shoe and opted out of testing my gait and foot. I was in a hurry. After a few runs in it i had to reach out to the physio - I had misjudged the running support i needed. The physio later gave me the terrible news… “your new shoes will have to be replaced. Its going tk be very expensive” … every wallets worst outcome. I returned to the store and gave them the Physio’s feedback and additionally this time i did their assessment. They honoured the return, no complaints and i was able to get a more appropriate shoe without penalty. I got some good foot care advice and new found respect for specialist running stores who really are experts - the advice, the understanding , the care and my wallet thanks them too!
