Poor customer service

I received a very bad service from one of your representatives by the name of Nthabiseng I did not get her Surname.

i forgot my bank card at home on my way to work and quickly did cash send and accidentally pressed done without taking a screenshot of the C number it was 07:45 in the morning 3 ladies were sitting on their desk playing with their phones, I humbly asked to be assisted and she said to me I should scream from the glass door she can hear me she can't come to the door since her shift is starting at 8am, I told her what I needed and she mumbled I could barely hear a word and she immediately got irritated, stood up and went to the back with the other lady. the incident happened on Thursday the 6th of June, i had to go back on Saturday to get assistance. she lacks customer service; she doesn't treat people with respect. i can't imagine her service she is providing to elders. i will never recommend her.
